Red – 2021 Vintage
For its inaugural vintage, the team at the Clos de Caille estate invites you to enjoy a wine with true character, offering complex aromas of ripe fruit. Subtle hints of spice add a perfect balance on the palate. With a longer aging and maturation process than our other wines, we proudly present our red cuvée, released now at the height of its flavor.
It pairs beautifully with sauced meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Aged in its precious barrels—225 liters for the Cabernet Sauvignon and 500 liters for the Syrah—our cuvée was bottled in the spring of 2023. Striking a perfect balance between power and finesse, Clos de Caille captivates discerning gourmets and connoisseurs alike, transforming each tasting into a memorable experience, a moment of contemplation

TASTING NOTES
A beautiful deep color, with a complex nose of spices and dark fruits. The aging process adds finesse, with subtle hints of fine wood. On the palate, the wine is full and harmonious, with ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long, spice-driven finish.

Our Clos de Caille 2021 red wine was awarded the gold medal at the prestigious Vinalies competition, judged exclusively by expert oenologists. For over 30 years, this event has been the ultimate benchmark for tasting competitions in France. An exceptional cuvée that will elegantly enhance your autumn tables.
Honoring our heritage, all of our wines have been fully certified organic (AB) since 2024, further elevating the sensory experience of our terroirs in the CĂ´tes de Provence.
