VINIFICATION

Harvested at night from 30 August (Grenache) and 14 September (Cinsault), vinified by plot,
Direct pressing, settling after settling on fine lees.

TASTING NOTES

An aromatic palate of peach and wild strawberry. A harmonious treat that finishes on a sapid note. For festive occasions: aperitifs, Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.
