VINIFICATION

Vinification by plot, direct pressing, settling and fermentation at 16°C.

TASTING NOTES

Extra aromatic power characterises the 2023 vintage, with a nose of citrus fruit, ripe fruit and a hint of spice. A lovely wine with volume, intensity and fatness, perfectly balanced by a fresh palate and a finish of sweet bitters.
