Tasting notes
An elegant and perfectly crafted wine, Anomis Rosé 2025 opens up in the glass with aromas of red berries, sea salt, rockrose and spices, blended with a lovely hint of mint.
Medium-bodied to full-bodied, taut and delicate, it displays a fine balance, with a juicy fruit core underpinned by subtle acidity, before finishing with a long, penetrating aftertaste. Yohan Castaing
«This award recognises the in-depth work we have been undertaking since 2021. We welcome it not only as recognition of our efforts, but also as encouragement to continue our pursuit of excellence. Every vintage reminds us that nothing can ever be taken for granted. This vintage fully embodies that approach, driven by respect for the terroir, precision in our methods and the ambition to reveal a Provence that is ever more refined, more expressive and more true to its identity. This recognition encourages us to continue, with humility, on our path with the same sincerity and rigour.»
