Côtes de Provence reinvented
Since acquiring the estate in 1992, the Mariotti family has revisited the gestures and the know-how of a winegrowing heritage dating back to the XIIᵉ century, marked by the Cistercian monks of the Abbaye du Thoronet.
It weaves a lively dialogue between the history of the place, the expression of the terroir and a more contemporary oenological approach.
Under Matthieu Cosse's leadership, the winemaking process reflects a balance between memory and precision: each cuvée draws on the estate's past while at the same time asserting a contemporary, technical and sensitive interpretation of Côtes de Provence.

Once again this year, Clos de Caille has renewed its partnership with the production team that we have been supporting for nearly two years, alongside Émilie Tronche and the SAMUEL series, two of whose films were selected at the Cannes Film Festival.
