The story of the estate begins again in 1992, Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti fell under the spell of this exceptional land. From just a few hectares, the vineyard was gradually restructured and regrouped with a strong conviction: magnify this eminent terroir.
Today, the project continues as a family, alongside their children Jean-Marie, Mathieu and Clarisse. The creation of a wine-making cellar signed Rudy Ricciotti, operational since 2021, marks a new stage: accompanying each wine with precision, from vine to wine, respecting the plants, the balance and the Provençal identity of the Domaine.

Under the technical direction of Matthieu Cosse, this award recognises a rosé where the Mediterranean light reveals a singular identity: precise, luminous and deeply rooted in its terroir. Anomis offers aromatic depth and great complexity, between sunshine and controlled elegance.
TASTING NOTES
The nose opens with aromas of white fruit and stone fruit, carried by a lovely aromatic freshness, a signature of the estate's wines. Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, this wine reveals a lovely expression of white peach, with a fine overall finish.
