ENJOY THE RICHES OF THE PROVENCAL TERROIR
The Clos de Caille vineyard enjoys a exceptional terroir in Provence Located 35 kilometres north-west of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, it covers 120 hectares between Provence Verte, Dracénie and the heart of the Var.
A terroir predestined for great wines, Clos de Caille mainly cultivates seven grape varieties in conversion to organic farming to produce rosé, white and red wines, AOP Côtes de Provence.
Our artisan winemakers constantly monitor our vines using demanding cultivation practices, always in pursuit of excellence. We harvest each plot individually and vinify them separately in order to extract the maximum potential from each one before the final blends are made in our «wine cellar», designed by the renowned architect. EACH GRAPE VARIETY TELLS A STORY THAT ENHANCES OUR WINES
???? Grenache: This grape variety represents the soul of many Provence wines. It brings aromas of ripe red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, and a spicy touch that gives character to blends. It gives our wines a beautiful roundness, fullness and warmth on the palate, ideal for accompanying your sunny meals.
???? SYRAH : a grape variety renowned for its ability to produce spicy, full-bodied, aromatic wines that age well. With age, its evolution brings characteristic notes of vanilla, Havana cigar and candied red fruits to the wine. This grape variety adds structure and depth to wines, making them perfect for heartier dishes such as grilled meats or spicy dishes.
???? CINSAULT Long used as a table wine, this grape variety is traditional to Provence. Appreciated for its finesse and freshness, it brings freshness, finesse and fruitiness to the wine, balancing out the power of other grape varieties. Cinsault is an excellent choice for light and refreshing rosés, perfect for your summer aperitifs.
???? Mourvèdre : a late-ripening grape variety, it is distinguished by its ability to produce rich, powerful wines. It thrives when grown facing the sea, producing full-bodied wines with fine, assertive tannins. With aromas of spices and garrigue, Mourvèdre adds beautiful complexity and ageing potential to Provence wines. It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean dishes and mature cheeses.
???? ROLLE (OR VERMENTINO) : a grape variety originating in Liguria, cultivated in Provence since time immemorial, it is both robust and of very high quality in terms of taste. For white wine lovers, Rolle is a must. It offers subtle aromas of citrus fruits, pear and white flowers, with a lovely freshness on the palate. Wines made from this grape variety are perfect for accompanying seafood and summer salads.
???? CARIGNAN : grown on hillsides with low yields, it produces full-bodied, generous and colourful wines that are an excellent base for blending. A hardy grape variety from Provence, it contributes to the structure and longevity of wines, making them perfect for pairing with traditional dishes such as stews and ragouts.

Inspired by an exceptional terroir and a Mediterranean microclimate, the Anomis cuvée is sometimes synonymous with voluptuousness and lightness, sometimes imbued with character.

This rosé gem embodies the finesse of our terroir and offers an incomparable taste experience. Its pale pink hues, with tangy peach reflections, reveal its full sweetness in an aromatic explosion.

An extra aromatic power that characterises the 2023 vintage, with a nose of citrus fruits, ripe fruit and a hint of spice.
A lovely wine with volume, intensity and richness, perfectly balanced by a fresh palate and a finish with gentle bitter notes.
