Clos de Caille embodies the very essence of Provence. Discover this iconic AOP Côtes de Provence rosé wine, created by renowned oenologist Matthieu Cosse. Beneath its delicate rose gold colour, expressive aromas unfold, with subtle notes of summer fruits intertwining harmoniously in a perfectly balanced texture.

A true gem of freshness, This rosé is produced in the exceptional winery designed by renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti. As the estate's first signature wine, it reflects, vintage after vintage, our desire to reveal the richness and diversity of the Côtes de Provence terroirs.

Produced from the finest plots of the vineyard, located at an altitude of nearly 200 metres, Clos de Caille Rosé expresses all the expertise of the Mariotti family and its artisan winemakers, offering a rosé worthy of Provence: pure, luminous and intensely refined.

Terroir

High-quality ancient limestone, mixed with silica, silt and clay, make up an exceptional terroir. This geological mosaic provides an ideal environment for the wine to express itself, preserving its natural balance and aromatic freshness.

Mediterranean climate with significant temperature variations between day and night (often around twenty degrees).

Environmental initiatives
Respect for the environment is a priority at Wine estate Clos de Caille : a daily effort that goes far beyond the requirements of certification labels and is based on a philosophy of craftsmanship and meticulous care. Driven by the conviction that the quality of the vines is the cornerstone of our success, our House cultivates excellence by focusing on the rigorous selection of vine plants, in collaboration with the internationally renowned nurseryman Lilian Bérillon.
Attached to his heritage, the Clos de Caille Estate, certified organic, also incorporates innovative organic practices to protect the vines, enrich the soil and preserve the environment. In particular, we use organic fertilisers, combined with compost made from vine shoots, plant matter and manure. In addition, careful observation, rigorous prevention and precise analysis of disease cycles enable us to provide appropriate responses for each season.

Assembly

Vinification & Ageing

The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed whole and lightly settled before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and aged on fine lees until bottling.
