For his first vintage, The estate team invites you to taste a wine of character, with complex aromas of ripe fruit. It reveals subtle spicy notes, ensuring a perfect balance on the palate. With a longer ageing and maturation process than our other wines, we are proud to unveil our red cuvée, only now at its peak of flavour.
It pairs perfectly with meat dishes in sauce, game, or mature cheeses.

OUR INSPIRATION
MAGNETIC ELEGANCE OF THE MEDITERRANEAN AND ENVELOPING POWER: THE DOMAINE DU CLOS DE CAILLE MAKES PROVENCE SHINE IN RED.
Raised in its precious setting, in 225-litre barrels for the Cabernet Sauvignon and 500-litre barrels for the Syrah, our cuvée was bottled in spring 2023. Between power and subtlety, Clos de Caille instantly captivates gourmets and discerning palates, making each tasting a memorable experience, a moment of contemplation.

TASTING NOTES
Beautiful deep colour, complex nose of spices and black fruits, refined ageing with hints of precious wood. The wine is full-bodied on the palate with a lovely round and harmonious texture, attractive ripe tannins and a long finish with spicy notes.
AWARDS FOR THE VINTAGE
Our red Clos de Caille, vintage 2021, has been awarded the gold medal at the prestigious Vinalies competition. With a judging panel composed exclusively of expert oenologists, it has established itself over more than 30 years as the ultimate benchmark for tasting competitions in France.

Respect for our heritage has led us to produce wines that have been fully AB certified since 2024, thus enhancing all the sensory qualities of our terroirs located in the Côtes de Provence.
