At Clos de Caille, each vintage reflects the balance between tradition and modernity. Our grapes, sourced from carefully selected plots, are vinified with precision under the technical direction of Matthew Cosse.
From our very first vintage, we made the choice to mass selection, a traditional method revisited with precision, which consists of replanting only the highest quality vines on the estate. Initiated by the visionary nurseryman Lilian Bérillon, this approach preserves the genetic diversity of grape varieties and selects those that best express the characteristics of our terroir, while anticipating natural changes.
Our quest for excellence, the cornerstone of our commitment, guides every decision we make. True to our winemaking approach, we have created a setting that matches our ambition: to offer wines that accurately and elegantly express the very essence of our terroir.
This virtuous and refined philosophy is embodied in our « Masterpiece », designed by internationally renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti. Built using gravity-fed construction, it perfectly combines innovation and tradition. Each space – from grape reception to vinification, ageing to bottling – has been designed with the precision, meticulousness and mastery of a haute couture fashion house, revealing the purity of our grapes and the uniqueness of our vintages.

On 19 September, Clos de Caille had the pleasure of participating in the very first edition of Les Cannoises, held at the legendary Place de l'Étang in Cannes. Inspired by the legendary Tournoi des Tropéziens, this charity event brought together more than 200 participants – business leaders, sports personalities, entertainers and cultural figures – to raise funds for the Fondation du Patrimoine, which works to preserve the Îles de Lérins and Cannes' heritage.
This special occasion was an opportunity to introduce (or reintroduce) our white and rosé wines to a discerning audience and to reaffirm our commitment to the values of sharing and conviviality that are so dear to us.
