We had the honour of welcoming Elizabeth Gabay, Master of Wine and distinguished wine taster, as well as Ben Bernheim, specialist in rosé wines from the south of France.
A meeting rich in passionate exchanges, punctuated by an exclusive tasting of our future blends, still kept secret but soon to be revealed. From the quality of our grape varieties to the uniqueness of our soils, not to mention our winemaking techniques, our estate was revealed through the prism of their expertise.
As the year draws to a close, the Clos de Caille team is proud to announce its organic farming certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and responsible viticulture.
