Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ is a tribute to the daughter of Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti, a modern, ambitious woman with a sunny disposition. This rosé, vinified with the same high standards as a great white wine from Provence, reveals an airy and subtle nose, marked by intense freshness. A true quintessence of our terroir, it combines finesse and depth with rare elegance.
