In 2025, to affirm our winemaking philosophy — a subtle balance between heritage and innovation — we designed a new showcase for the estate's finest wines.
This new packaging reflects our desire to stand out, while protecting the integrity of the wine. It also demonstrates our commitment to elegance and quality, and our increasingly assertive position among the most promising estates in Provence.
This approach is consistent with our high standards in the cellar, which include pressing whole bunches and vinifying with lees, as close as possible to the fruit.
It is driven by the founding values of the Mariotti Family: humility, passion and high standards.

For our Têtes de Cuvée wines, each grape variety is selected for its balance, intensity and ability to reveal a unique expression of the Clos de Caille terroir. At each stage — from the vineyard to the ageing process — We pay meticulous attention to detail: whole bunch pressing, vinification on lees, minimal intervention... Everything is done to preserve the integrity and natural richness of the raw material, that of Nature.
CLOS DE CAILLE ‘PATRIUS’ – 2021
Red wine for fine dining
Deep, structured and extremely elegant, our red Tête de Cuvée Clos de Caille ‘Patrius’ pays tribute to the man who spearheaded the creation of the estate: Jean-Pierre Mariotti.
Its name, derived from Latin patrius – «paternal» – embodies heritage, parentage and the transmission of fundamental values.
Its aromas of black fruits, precious woods and sweet spices convey an inner strength, a wisdom passed down and a benevolent rigour — just like the visionary man behind this family adventure.

CLOS DE CAILLE ‘LUCIS’ – 2023
Grand Blanc de Provence
Created by Matthieu Cosse, Clos de Caille Blanc ‘Lucis’ 23 is a tribute to the late Lucia, mother of Jean-Pierre Mariotti, who embodied grace with rare intensity. A great white wine from Provence, it has a complex nose of white fruits and flowers, while the palate offers balanced harmony, aromatic freshness and finesse of expression.

Rolle 100% aged in 5-hectolitre French oak barrels (light toasting)

Rosé wine for ageing
In honour of Clarisse, daughter of Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti and now a mother herself, this exceptional vintage embodies the soul of Clos de Caille. a true manifesto of family values.
This 2024 vintage, vinified by Matthieu Cosse, was born from the osmosis between the Grenache (60%) and the Cinsault (40%), revealing all the sensitive expertise and meticulous craftsmanship of our winemakers.

In the latest issue of Land of Wines, Frédéric Hermine tells the story of the family adventure and journey of Mathieu Mariotti, a Monegasque entrepreneur who transformed the Provençal farmhouse surrounded by 7 hectares of vines — acquired by his parents in the early 1990s — into a true wine estate dedicated to excellence in the heart of Provence.
Thanks to significant investments, surrounded by talented people and his siblings, Mathieu has raised the wines of Clos de Caille to the level of his ambitions. His meticulous work has been rewarded, as confirmed once again by, the Rosé Tête de Cuvée, Clarisse during an isolated tasting, with a note of 94/100.

Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ 2024
Côtes de Provence PDO | Organic
The cuvée bears the name of the youngest sibling, Mathieu's sister. A single vineyard selection of Grenache and Cinsault (Syrah and Rolle were abandoned for this vintage). Whole bunches are pressed and vinified on lees, but since 2023, Matthieu Cosse has opted to age the wine in barrels. A racy wine with good volume, aromas of sweet spices and exotic fruits that linger on a savoury finish.
