The Haute Couture signature in Provence
Heir to a long tradition of winegrowing, the estate owes its origins to the Cistercian monks of Thoronet Abbey who, in the 12th century, shaped these lands with the same rigour as in Burgundy. In the heart of Provence Verte, the Clos de Caille spreads its vineyards across a preserved landscape where calm and light reign supreme.
With the inauguration of the winery and the first vintage vinified on site in 2021, Clos de Caille is opening a new chapter in its history. Each plot is vinified separately to reveal the unique personality of its terroir. This tailor-made approach, combining ancestral know-how and cutting-edge technology, allows us to achieve precision and produce wines of rare elegance in Provence.
Under the expert guidance of oenologist Matthieu Cosse, the estate has established itself in just a few years as one of the jewels in the crown of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Its vintages reveal a subtle balance between power and finesse, modernity and respect for heritage. A symbol of a certain art de vivre, Clos de Caille embodies a true vision: that of a timeless Provence, enhanced by the high standards and passion of the Mariotti family.

90% Syrah (25 years old) | 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
Beautiful deep colour, complex nose of spices and black fruits, refined ageing with hints of precious wood. The wine is full-bodied on the palate with a lovely round and harmonious texture, attractive ripe tannins and a long finish with spicy notes.

The nose is refined and complex, revealing subtle citrus aromas delicately underscored by floral notes. On the palate, the aromatic expression unfolds with freshness and elegance. Full-bodied and refined, it offers perfect harmony through to a long, pure finish.
