Mediterranean climate with significant temperature variations between day and night

Grenache 85% (30 years old) | Cinsault 15% (8 years old)

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Night harvesting from 30 August (Grenache) and 14 September (Cinsault), plot-by-plot vinification,
Direct pressing, settling after stabilisation on fine lees.

 It is a pink house with blue shutters, a wild paradise, a refuge for a family who love Provence. One day, a soil analysis revealed great potential for wine-growing. Here it is, finally revealed.
