At Clos de Caille, respect for the environment is at the heart of our vision. Aware that nature offers us the most beautiful of works, we favour a traditional, artisanal approach to viticulture, fuelled by patience, precision and humility. Since our certification in Organic Farming in 2024, We develop innovative practices to protect the vines and preserve soil life.
True to this philosophy, we chose from the very first vintage to work in mass selection with the nurseryman Lilian Bérillon. This choice reinforces the genetic diversity of grape varieties, guarantees plants that are perfectly suited to our terroir and ensures natural resilience in the face of climate change — for more authentic, more expressive wines, and of exemplary taste quality.

Clos de Caille officially sets up shop in Paris
We are pleased to announce that our wines are now distributed in Paris via Pépin & Poulette, a structure supported by our long-standing partner in the Alpes-Maritimes region and born out of the takeover of the business My Hen, founded by Philippe Noyé.
This collaboration marks a significant step in the development of Clos de Caille in the Paris region. Thanks to the renowned expertise of this new agency and the continuity provided by Emmanuel Castel and his team, our Haute Couture wines will now be available at a selection of Parisian establishments.
A new chapter is beginning for the estate, guided by the ambition to share our vintages with lovers of fine wines and the finest restaurants.
