TERROIR

Clay-limestone soils and loamy-limestone soils with a notable clay presence

CLIMATE

Mediterranean climate with significant temperature variations between day and night (often around twenty degrees)

VINIFICATION & MATURATION

Night harvest to preserve freshness, parcel fermentation, direct pressing, clarification, followed by fermentation at 18°C.

Spring is finally here, and with it, the work in the vineyards resumes at the Domaine. Our artisan winemakers are focusing their efforts on maintaining and optimizing the quality of our vineyard, as well as preparing the soils to welcome the upcoming harvest. Every action counts to ensure the continuity of the Excellence of our Haute Couture wines.

We thank you for your trust and the influx of orders for our 2024 rosés, which will accompany your sunny meals this season. The pace is picking up, and we are eager to share these moments of conviviality with you.
