The Estate covers one hundred hectares of which thirty hectares are used to produce our Côtes de Provence wines.

We use a diverse selection of grape varieties :

  • Grenache
  • Cinsault
  • Syrah
  • Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Rolle

With controlled productivity, each vine produces a reduced quantity of grapes in order to favor their aromatic quality.

Deteriorated feet are replaced every year. This technique, called “complantation”, helps maintain the productive and qualitative potential of each plot.

In order to refertilize the soils, a rest of two to three years is observed between uprooting and replanting.
