Patiently rebuilt over nearly three decades by the Mariotti family, the 40-hectare vineyard certified organic is currently experiencing a new surge of momentum. To realise its ambitions, the estate has equipped itself with state-of-the-art production facilities, an architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti, and invested in demanding viticultural practices : mass selection, soil mapping and parcel-by-parcel vinification. The arrival of oenologist Matthieu Cosse provided further impetus: each wine sincerely expresses the terroir and vintage, without artifice, far from the dictates of the appellation.
Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ tells the story of our terroir. It is a wine in the noblest sense of the word, a reflection of the vision of our oenologist, the craftsman behind our wines.
