Grenache 90% (30 ans) | Cinsault Mourvèdre 8% (27 ans) | Syrah 2% (28 ans)

VINIFICATION

Harvested at night, vinified by plot, skin maceration, light direct pressing, cold settling, followed by settling and fermentation at 16°C.

TASTING NOTES

A nose of exotic fruit, lychee and mango, a lovely sapidity on the palate, beautiful harmony with a lovely sunny volume, sweet spices that will go wonderfully with ceviches and fish and shellfish tartars.
