Launch of the new vintage
To coincide with Wine Paris, Clos de Caille, its artisan winemakers and the Mariotti family are lifting the veil on the new vintage in whites and rosés, a dazzling reflection of their passion. Alongside our iconic wines, ‘Clarisse’2025 and‘Lucis’ 2024, our têtes de cuvées embody the most accomplished expressions of our winemaking expertise, between finesse, structure and aromatic precision.

Shaped and vinified by Matthew Cosse, These wines carry a vision that is unique in Provence: that of exemplary rigour, resulting from a selection of the best grape varieties on the estate, worked in mass selection, to preserve all the authenticity and complexity of living things.
In keeping with this philosophy, from the first vintage we chose to work with massal selection with nurseryman Lilian Bérillon. This choice strengthens the genetic diversity of the grape varieties, guarantees plants that are perfectly adapted to the specific characteristics of our soils and ensures natural resilience in the face of climate change. for wines that are more authentic, more expressive, and of remarkable taste quality, driven by the depth and precision of each parcel..

The programme Private tour of our vineyard and winemaking facilities, presentation of the team, and preview tasting of our latest vintage just unveiled at Wine Paris - rosés, whites and reds. entirely crafted and vinified by Matthieu Cosse.
His arrival at Clos de Caille marked a real turning point for the vineyard, accelerating a remarkable quality dynamic. The wines are now more precise, purer and finer, displaying a new elegance and an ever greater expression of our terroir.
