This week saw a crucial step for the vitality of our vines: the application of OvinAlp Haute Fertilisation fertiliser, a 100% natural % enrichment that nourishes the plant while respecting the soil. This fertiliser provides the vines with all the elements necessary for their proper development — nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, as well as valuable trace elements such as magnesium, iron and zinc. All these nutrients play a decisive role in the quality of the grapes and, ultimately, the wine. Its microbiological richness helps to improve soil structure, strengthen its balance and support more sustainable agriculture.
