Clos de Caille red 2021, With its complex nose of spices and black fruits, it is a delicate choice for dinner, pairing well with roast meats or sophisticated vegetarian dishes.

Clos de Caille ‘Patrius’ 2021, Powerful and soulful, it reaches its peak with the main course: refined, authentic cuisine designed to honour the moment and bring out all the flavours. It also pairs well with mature cheese, paying homage to the great traditions of French cuisine.
Grand Blanc de Provence, Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2023, intense and complex, is perfect for enhancing your wedding dinner, particularly with truffled poultry, morel mushroom risotto or roasted langoustines.
Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ 2024, Our rosé, which is ideal for ageing, reveals its full depth during a dinner with summery notes, in a small group by the water or under the olive trees.

A look back at an exclusive event in partnership with the management bank CFM Indosuez – Indosuez Wealth Management, bringing together around sixty private clients on the magnificent Passable beach in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. An idyllic setting, perfectly suited to kicking off the summer season in style.
Alongside two other fellow winemakers – Domaine La Rouillère and Fondugues Pradugues – we had the pleasure of presenting our signature vintages: Clos de Caille Rosé 2024 as well as our first white Tête de Cuvée, Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2023.
