Jean-Pierre, Simona Mariotti and their children wish to pay their final respects to Clément Bruno, Provence's iconic Michelin-starred chef, founder of the Restaurant At Bruno's in Lorgues, whose passion and generosity left their mark on even the most discerning palates. A great advocate of exceptional products and authentic local flavours, he conveyed his love of taste with rare sincerity, inspiring all those who had the good fortune to meet him.
Often referred to as the « truffle pope », Clément Bruno is also the man who enabled us to write a new chapter in our history by acquiring our estate. Thanks to him, we have been able to anchor our commitment in this land of character, shaped with the same high standards and pursuit of excellence that inspired his cuisine..
Today, we would like to express our deep gratitude and pay tribute to his memory, that of an enthusiast, a visionary and a craftsman of taste. May his spirit continue to inspire lovers of food and wine.
