This year, during the festive season, immerse yourself in the heart of our region, a natural setting nestled in 200 metres above sea level where vines flourish in unspoilt natural surroundings. On these individually cultivated plots, each row expresses the unique characteristics of its soil and the identity of its environment. This is where our Haute Couture wines are born, vinified and blended with precision by Matthieu Cosse.
The distinctive style of the white wine Clos de Caille remains faithful to the discreet and balanced charm of Rolle de Provence, and seduces with its finesse and persistence. Produced and blended with the utmost care at the « Masterpiece », it is the ideal accompaniment to your meals. Its sparkling yellow colour, combined with delicate, fruity aromas, reflects the richness of our wine estate, naturally destined for excellence.

Between Entrecasteaux and Saint-Antonin-du-Var, the Clos de Caille extends over 160 hectares in one single block, in the heart of unspoilt Provence. Here, the landscape opens up into gentle, regular slopes, forming natural hillsides where the vines find their rhythm.
These harmonious curves not only sculpt the landscape: they provide our vines with ideal exposure and natural drainage, essential for the most authentic expression of our wines.
In this landscape suspended between heaven and earth, the Clos de Caille discreetly cultivates the rare elegance of fine wines of Provence.
Located at the meeting point of the crystalline Maures region and the Jurassic limestone lands, the estate sits on soil that has been shaped over millions of years. The soil, rich in ancient limestone (200 to 250 million years old), bears the mark of the tectonic movements that gave rise to the Alps.
Here, silt, limestone and silica combine to give each plot its own personality: in the lower valleys, the cooler, stony soils retain moisture, while the hillside terraces reveal shallower soils, derived from dolomitic magnesian limestone.
This dialogue between geology, altitude and soil diversity shapes the soul of our wines. : vibrant vintages, marked by the purity of the terroir, the freshness of the climate and the authenticity of the land that nurtures them.
