From the finest plots of the estate, Clos de Caille Rosé 2024 stands out for its pale colour with pearly highlights. From the very first sniff, it seduces with its finesse and aromatic complexity : a perfect balance of white fruits enhanced by a lively touch of zesty citrus.

The palate is round and harmonious with a delicate, balanced texture. The finish is expressive with ripe fruit, while retaining a mineral tension and aromatic freshness, the signature of the Clos de Caille terroir.

EARTH
Composed of high-quality old limestone mixed with siliceous, silty and clayey soils, the terroir of Clos de Caille offers exceptional geological foundations. This diversity promotes a precise and nuanced expression of the wine, while preserving its balance, natural tension and aromatic freshness.

Climate
Typically Mediterranean, the climate is characterised by significant temperature variations between day and night — often exceeding twenty degrees — providing ideal conditions for slow ripening of the grapes, conducive to finesse and aromatic complexity.

Assembly
Grenache 70% | Cinsault 20% | Syrah 10%

Vinification & ageing
The fruit is harvested manually when fully ripe. Gentle pressing of whole bunches preserves the aromatic purity.

After light settling, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ensuring perfect temperature control.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and then aged on fine lees to enrich its texture and complexity until bottling.
