The vision of Clos de Caille goes beyond that of a wine estate: it reflects the Mariotti family's commitment to enhance an exceptional terroir and to send a legacy of excellence.
Our winemaking approach is embodied in a vineyard certified organic from the 2024 vintage onwards, and is managed according to the demanding principles of mass selection. Our « Masterpiece«Recognised as one of the most beautiful in Provence, it allows us to work exclusively in single vineyard vinification. A process that enables us to forge the character of our wines, in harmony with the microclimate which blesses this natural setting nestled in 200 metres above sea level.
In honour of Clarisse, daughter of Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti, and now a mother herself, Clos de Caille has created this exceptional vintage, a true manifesto of family values.
This 2024 vintage was born from the osmosis between the Grenache (60%) and the Cinsault (40%), revealing all the expertise and hard work of our artisan winemakers.

From harvesting to vinification, each stage has been carried out with the utmost care, revealing the unique character of our terroir.
Hand-picked grapes, whole bunch pressing, light settling, then fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is carefully racked and aged on fine lees to develop greater complexity and length on the palate before bottling.
The result is a gastronomic rosé wine characterised by finesse, delicacy and elegance.
