At Clos de Caille, the wine-making season continues with respect for the land and the natural rhythm of the wines, under the watchful eye of Matthieu Cosse.
The reds: promise of a great vintage
Our red wines have been pressed manually, with respect for the raw material, in order to preserve all the finesse of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. They will be left to rest for a while longer before being put into casks next month, the first stage of a controlled ageing process.
White and rosé wines: balance and freshness
The vinification of our rosés and whites has just been completed. They are now awaiting the first blends, which will give rise to the 2025 vintage, marked by the freshness, elegance and precision that are the hallmarks of Clos de Caille.
Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2025: the quintessence of our terroir.
Our flagship white wine, Lucis 2025, has already been placed in barrels, where it will undergo a patient ageing process. There, it will develop its full aromatic complexity and refinement before being bottled next year. The 2024 vintage, meanwhile, is about to be bottled — the final stage before its unveiling.
