The team was delighted to welcome the team from Lou Calen, a prestigious hotel in Cotignac which houses the Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurant Le Jardin Secret, as well as Yves Tesson, Editor-in-Chief of Terre de Vins, for a tasting and tour of our cellar.

Yesterday, surrounded by the entire estate team and under the guidance of our oenologist Matthieu Cosse, we carried out the final blends of the 2025 vintage.
A decisive stage, where each cuvée finds its final balance after long months of attention and meticulous work.
This new vintage, faithful to the identity of Clos de Caille and the truest expression of our terroir, will be bottled in early January.
