Harvested at night, vinification per plot, skin maceration, light direct pressing, cold stabilization then racking, fermentation at 16°C
Resulting from a strict parcel selection then from fermentation and aging in 5 Hls French Oak barrels, this wine develops an intense and aromatic flavor in the mouth and persists with finesse on subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts. A gastronomic wine, elegant and silky resembling its terroir.
