Since 1992, Clos de Caille has been a family project driven by the vision of Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti, who are convinced that exceptional potential of this mosaic of terroirs. Driven by an absolute commitment to quality, the family embarked on an ambitious transformation of the estate, from restructuring the vineyards to creating a dedicated winery. In 2019, their children joined the adventure and marked a decisive turning point with the launch of the new estate. construction of a semi-underground gravity-fed wine storehouse, designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti, a veritable "Chai d'Œuvre" combining tradition and high technology. It will be operational from the first vintage in 2021, enabling highly precise parcel-based vinification. Today, Clos de Caille is one of the benchmarks for Côtes de Provence wines, crafted like haute couture creations. The fruit of subtle and sensitive composition, our know-how is based on the precise balance of the plots, the rigorous selection of grapes and the mastery of vinification, to reveal the essence of the terroir.
