CLOS DE CAILLE HONOURED IN EN MAGNUM

Driven by strong convictions and patient determination, the Mariotti Family only revealed their cuvées once they had reached full maturity, establishing Clos de Caille as a true emblem of Excellence in the Côtes de Provence.

Mathieu Mariotti embodies the union of family passion and winemaking precision. Heir to a lineage deeply committed to the discipline of hard work, he now leads the Provençal Estate acquired by his family in 1992. Since unveiling the first vintage in 2021, he has brought new energy to the Domaine, aiming to elevate Clos de Caille to new heights through a blend of winemaking Excellence, respect for tradition, and a spirit of innovation — always supported by his parents and siblings.

Raised in a family rooted in Monaco, Mathieu grew up between city and land, learning the value of dedication from an early age. Under his leadership, the Estate — now certified organic and expanded to forty hectares — is cultivated through massal selection. The ambition is clear: to express the full richness of this exceptional terroir through plot-by-plot vinification, carried out in a gravity-flow winery designed by renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti. This soil-conscious approach, paired with the expertise of oenologist Matthieu Cosse, has allowed Clos de Caille to stand out particularly for its white and red wines — a bold move in a regional market historically dominated by rosé.

A heartfelt and committed project, Clos de Caille aspires to become a benchmark for the Côtes de Provence — beyond trends, authentic and true to its land.

Clos de Caille x Jumping International de Monte-Carlo

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo on the occasion of the prestigious Jumping International de Monte-Carlo.

Port Hercule hosted one of the most iconic stages of the international circuit: the Longines Global Champions Tour – Jumping International de Monte-Carlo. For its 19th edition, this exceptional competition brought together the world’s best horses and riders for three days of high-level sport and spectacular entertainment.

To mark the occasion, Clos de Caille Rosé and White 2024 were showcased, particularly during a cocktail reception attended by nearly 250 guests.
