ANOMIS & THE ONE – THE ELEGANCE OF ROSÉ, TWO DISTINCT EXPRESSIONS

Born from deep family roots and a genuine passion for wine, Clos de Caille embodies the Mariotti family’s vision of Excellence. Nestled in Entrecasteaux, in the heart of Provence Verte on land rich in history, the Estate cultivates a singular winemaking identity rooted in massal selection, parcel-based vinification, and a low-intervention approach that respects the pure expression of the terroir.
Under the guidance of our consulting oenologist Matthieu Cosse, the Domaine now proudly asserts its ambition: to become a benchmark in the Côtes de Provence — not only for its rosés, but equally for its characterful whites and reds.

ANOMIS – 2024

Anomis expresses the pure character of an exceptional terroir nestled at 200 meters above sea level. Its bright hue reveals an elegant bouquet, with notes of stone fruits and a subtle freshness. This rosé embodies precision and balance, in perfect harmony with its environment.
