The Haute Couture spirit of Provence wines
The Clos de Caille is above all a family project driven by commitment, passion and unwavering standards. Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti. In just a few years, they have raised their vineyard to excellence, with the help of their three children.
Under the impetus of the Mariotti family and the renowned oenologist Matthew Cosse, who has been with them since 2023, the high standards of this Provençal gem are sincerely reflected in a winemaking approach that began with the first vintage in 2021.
The vision of Clos de Caille revolves around three colours, in proportions that differ significantly from the average. Provence coast : red and white wines, the estate's true spearheads, account for nearly 35 % of production, compared to just 10 % usually.
Clos de Caille pushes the boundaries of Provence wines through creations in rosé, white and red, true works of balance and light.
Each vintage asserts itself through its intensity, carried by the purity of the fruit, the depth of the terroir and the brilliance of a substance in motion.

Terroir & Ageing
From high-quality old limestone, alternating with silica, silt and clay, The terroir of Clos de Caille offers unique conditions for the expression of wine, preserving its balance and aromatic freshness.
From harvesting and winemaking, each step is given meticulous attention:
manual harvesting, whole cluster pressing, slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then ageing on fine lees — all precise movements that demonstrate the finesse and complexity of the Clos de Caille Rosé.
