«The third vintage from Clos de la Famille Mariotti and the first one concocted by the great Cadurcian oenologist consultant Mathieu Cosse, which benefits from a new underground wine cellar designed by the renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti. One wine at a time powerful and airy, from the oldest vines harvested by hand, now predominantly Grenache (90%). For this vintage, less extraction and the abandonment of wood ageing for gaining finesse, enveloped in beautiful texture with a racy bitterness on the finish. »

«As harvest time approaches, veraison is just beginning (the berries are changing colour, subtly turning from green to black). At this crucial moment, the vines must remain undisturbed so that they can ripen peacefully.
We are preparing to carry out the very last treatment to protect the vines against mildew and powdery mildew, two cryptogamic pathogens, which consist of copper and sulphur.
The grape harvest is being prepared here! The paths and edges of the plots are also maintained daily to ensure optimal access.”

It was with great enthusiasm that the Clos de Caille team organised its first communication campaign last week.
