TASTING NOTES
An open nose with white and stone fruits, with the aromatic freshness typical of the estate’s wines, an elegant palate with a beautiful expression of stone fruits, white peach, and a well-balanced finish.
TERROIR
Grenache on deep limestone and limestone-limestone soils, Cinsault on limestone soils.
CLIMATE
Mediterranean, with wide temperature variations between day and night.
GRAPE VARIETALS
Grenache 85% (30 ans) | Cinsault 15% (8 ans)
VINIFICATION & MATURING
Harvested at night from August 30 (Grenache) and September 14 (Cinsault), parcel-by-parcel vinification,
Direct pressing, settling after stabulation on fine lees.
Anomis is also available in Magnum & Jeroboam formats.

It all started with a charming pink house with blue shutters, a wild paradise, and the cherished refuge of a family who loves Provence. One day, a soil analysis revealed an exceptional potential for winemaking. Now, that potential is finally being realized.
“We really want to capture the essence of the limestone in our wines. We love the minerality and the crispness,” explains David Quillin.
To achieve this, they have enlisted the expertise of the very best. The massal selections for replanting come from Lilian Bérillon, and the grafting will be handled by Marc Birebent.”
