At Clos de Caille, each cuvée reflects a balance between tradition and modernity. Our grapes, carefully selected from specific plots, are vinified with precision under the Technical Direction of Matthieu Cosse.

From our very first vintage, we chose to adopt massal selection, a traditional method revisited with exacting care. This involves replanting only the highest-quality vines from the Domaine. Initiated in collaboration with visionary nurseryman Lilian Bérillon, this approach preserves the genetic diversity of our grape varieties while selecting those that best express the unique characteristics of our terroir, all while anticipating natural mutations.

Our pursuit of Excellence, the cornerstone of our commitment, guides every decision we make. True to our winemaking approach, we have created a setting worthy of our ambition: to offer wines that express the quintessence of our terroir with precision and elegance.

This refined philosophy comes to life in our “Chai d’Œuvre”, designed by internationally renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti. Built as a gravity-fed winery, it perfectly blends innovation and tradition. Every space — from harvest reception to vinification, from aging to bottling — has been designed like the gestures of a haute couture house: precise, meticulous, and perfectly controlled, revealing the purity of our grapes and the uniqueness of our cuvées.

From Saint-Tropez to Cannes: Clos de Caille Joins the Story of a Legendary Tournament

On September 19th, Clos de Caille had the pleasure of participating in the very first edition of Les Cannoises, held on the iconic Place de l’Étang in Cannes. Inspired by the legendary Tournoi des Tropéziens, this charitable event brought together over 200 participants — including business leaders, sports personalities, and figures from entertainment and culture — in support of the Fondation du Patrimoine, for the preservation of the Îles de Lérins and Cannes heritage.

This special occasion offered an opportunity to (re)discover our white and rosé wines with an epicurean audience, while reaffirming our commitment to the values of sharing and conviviality that are close to our hearts.
