As the Domaine’s signature wines, our Clos de Caille cuvées — in rosé, white and red — are the perfect companions for a wedding celebration marked by authenticity and passion.
Clos de Caille Red 2021 reveals a complex nose of spices and dark fruits. Elegant and well-balanced, it shines at dinner alongside roasted meats or sophisticated vegetarian dishes.
Clos de Caille White 2024, bright and wonderfully fresh, naturally finds its place during the welcome drink. Served chilled, its vibrancy enhances refined bites made with seafood, fresh goat cheese, or crisp vegetables.

Clos de Caille ‘Patrius’ 2021, powerful and profoundly soulful, reaches its peak alongside a main course of noble, heartfelt cuisine — a dish that honours the moment and elevates every nuance of flavour. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheese, in tribute to the traditions of French table.
Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2023, our Grand White of Provence, intense and complex, is the perfect match for your wedding dinner — especially with truffle-stuffed poultry, morel risotto or roasted langoustines.
Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ 2024, our age-worthy rosé, reveals its depth in an intimate summer evening dinner by the water or under the olive trees.

Wine & Wealth x Clos de Caille
A look back at an exclusive event held in partnership with the wealth management bank CFM Indosuez – Indosuez Wealth Management, bringing together around sixty private clients on the stunning Passable Beach in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. An idyllic setting perfectly suited to kick off the summer season in style.
Alongside two fellow winemakers — Domaine La Rouillère and Fondugues Pradugues — we had the pleasure of presenting our signature cuvées: Clos de Caille Rosé 2024 and our first flagship white, Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2023.
We warmly thank the entire bank team for their organization, as well as the discerning connoisseurs and enthusiasts present, who fully appreciated the potential and uniqueness of our cuvées.
