This expertise, from protecting our clay-limestone soils to highlighting the distinctive expression of each grape variety, allows us to harvest the best that nature has to offer. By appreciating the individual nuances and aromas of each plot, we skillfully create harmonious and enlightened blends.

While Provence is often synonymous with rosé, at the Clos de Caille Estate, our red and white wines have made a bold statement since our inaugural 2021 vintage.
Regardless of trends, all three colors express their unique character at Clos de Caille.

A spotlight on our Provençal grape varieties. Bold and distinctive, meet The Syrah from Provence !

This crisp, fleshy fruit, this variety of grape that we enjoy growing at Clos de Caille. The particularities of the Syrah we grow combine volume and freshness, thanks in particular to our geography and the temperatures variations we enjoy on the Estate. The expression of floral notes, such as violets, as well as its unmistakable spicy aromas, make it unique. The meticulous ageing we do gives silky, round tannins, while preserving the characteristic freshness of our terroirs.
