Respect for the environment is a priority across the Estate’s 160 hectares, including 40 hectares of vineyards certified in organic farming.

This haven of biodiversity benefits from a large and skilled workforce, ensuring an artisanal and traditional approach to viticulture. This daily commitment is reflected in the meticulous care devoted to the cultivation of our vines and the crafting of our wines.

For several years, the estate has been innovating by developing organic practices to protect the vines, preserve the soil, and safeguard our protected environment. The success of this initiative relies on a precise assessment of the threats facing the vineyard.

Monitoring, prevention, and analysis of pathological cycles lead to reasoned responses, whatever the season. In parallel, our head winemakers carry out daily soil management to sustainably revitalize microbial life and maintain the natural balance of our parcels. Organic fertilizers, combined with compost made from vine prunings, plant matter, and manure, are used to enrich the soil.
