The harvest season is approaching at Clos de Caille — an unchanging rendezvous where the generosity of nature meets the precision of our master winemakers, giving birth to an exceptional vintage.
Each grape picked embodies a year of patience and care, guided by the passion of the Mariotti Family and our team.

Nourished by a gentle, rainy spring and followed by a dry, luminous summer, our vines are approaching ideal ripeness, promising the finest expressions of the 2025 vintage.

A BALLET BETWEEN TRADITION & PRECISION

Under the Technical Direction of Matthieu Cosse, our teams work in shifts from dawn to nightfall to harvest the fruits of our 160 hectares and 40 of vines.

Night harvesting preserves the freshness and purity of the aromas, in an atmosphere where the glow of headlamps illuminates the rows like stars scattered across the vineyard.
Manual picking at daybreak continues this meticulous work, bestowing the grapes with artisanal care — a hallmark of our Clos de Caille cuvées.

Since mid‑August, our teams have been collecting samples to monitor ripeness and precisely adjust the start date of the harvest.

A LIVING TERROIR, A SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

At the heart of the Green Provence, Clos de Caille flourishes on a privileged terroir: a plateau situated 200 meters above sea level, bathed in Mediterranean light and marked by significant temperature swings between day and night. These favorable conditions encourage the slow ripening of the grapes and reveal the full aromatic richness of our varietals — Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle.

Each new vintage embodies the expression of a preserved soil, a contrasting climate, and the passion of a family of winemakers.
