THE ART OF TASTING A CLOS DE CAILLE LIKE A MASTER SOMMELIER
Just as a fine piece of high jewelry reveals its brilliance in the light, a great wine unveils its most precious secrets to those who know how to observe, listen, and understand it.
THE EYE – FIRST IMPRESSION
To appreciate a wine’s color, tilt your glass slightly against a light background to observe its hue and clarity. A pale rosé with silvery reflections suggests freshness and delicacy, a crystalline white with golden highlights signals liveliness and structure, while a deep ruby or purple red hints at concentration and maturity.
Also take note of the brilliance, a sign of careful blending and winemaking, as well as the density, which can reveal the body of the wine.

Pale rosé with pearly reflections, revealing a delicate, refined nose where notes of white fruits and citrus intertwine.
