Tasting Notes

Beautifully deep in colour, the nose reveals ripe fruit aromas with spicy, smoky, and ashy notes, alongside a balsamic and empyreumatic character, all expressing great intensity. On the palate, it is round and structured, showcasing both the density of the fruit and its expressive power, making it a perfect match for rich meat dishes, game, or hearty sauces.

Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ White 2023 – Tête de Cuvée
Tasting Notes

A clear and bright wine, with a colour revealing subtle golden highlights. The nose is round and complex, with beautiful aromas of citrus, white fruits, and flowers. The palate is round, dense yet harmonious and balanced, offering plenty of aromatic freshness, refined expression, and a long, persistent finish.
This is a true gastronomic wine, pairing perfectly with scallops, line-caught sea bass, white meats, and cheeses.
