Clos de Caille is, above all, a family project driven by the commitment, passion, and unwavering standards of Jean-Pierre and Simona Mariotti. In just a few years, they have elevated their vineyard to a level of Excellence, with the collaboration of their three children.

Under the guidance of the Mariotti Family and renowned oenologist Matthieu Cosse, who has been working with them since 2023, the standards of this Provençal jewel are expressed sincerely through a winemaking approach established from the very first vintage in 2021.

The vision of Clos de Caille revolves around the three colors, in proportions very different from the average in the Côtes de Provence: red and white wines, the true flagship expressions of the estate, account for nearly 35% of production, compared to barely 10% on average.

Clos de Caille pushes the boundaries of Provençal wines through creations in rosé, white, and red, true works of balance and light. Each cuvée asserts itself through its intensity, driven by the purity of the fruit, the depth of the terroir, and the brilliance of a dynamic expression.

Terroir & Aging

Born from ancient, high-quality limestone soils, interspersed with silica, silt, and clay, the terroir of Clos de Caille offers unique conditions for the wine’s expression, preserving its balance and aromatic freshness.

From harvest to vinification, every step is carried out with meticulous care: hand harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees — a series of precise gestures that embody the finesse and complexity of Clos de Caille Rosé.
