Located in Entrecasteaux, on a single 160-hectare Estate, this family-owned Domaine breathes new life into a historic vineyard founded in the 12th century by the Cistercian monks of the Thoronet Abbey. Every detail, from the vine to the aging process, is approached with meticulous care.
Patiently restored over nearly three decades by the Mariotti Family, the 40-hectare organically certified vineyard is now experiencing a new momentum. To fulfill its ambitions, the Domaine has equipped itself with a state-of-the-art production facility—an architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architect Rudy Ricciotti—and invested in demanding viticultural practices: massal selection, soil mapping, and parcel-based vinification. The arrival of oenologist Matthieu Cosse has given further impetus: each wine sincerely expresses the terroir and the vintage, without artifice, far from the diktats of the appellation.
Clos de Caille ‘Clarisse’ tells the story of our terroir. It is a wine in the noblest sense of the word, a reflection of our oenologist’s vision—the artisan behind our wines.

« Since Matthieu Cosse’s arrival, Grenache has become the backbone of the cuvée, accompanied by Cinsault for a more vertical, tense, and mouthwatering expression, carried by a saline finish. The 2024 vintage confirms this direction with a precise mouthfeel, notes of small red berries and gentle spices, and true length. An auteur’s rosé, crafted with the table in mind. »
