Guided by the expertise of Matthieu Cosse, every cuvée seeks not only precision but authenticity — through yield control, parcel selection, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, gentle, low-intervention vinification under temperature control, and finely judged ageing.

Driven by our ongoing quest for excellence, we reached a new milestone at the end of last year with the acquisition of Domaine des Bruguières — now being restructured — and the achievement of our Organic certification.

Our producing vineyard now extends over 40 hectares, enabling us to enhance efficiency and optimise production costs. In this dynamic context, we have developed our 2026 pricing policy, already effective as we close this year.
