Vinifications for the Upcoming Vintage
At Clos de Caille, the winemaking season unfolds in harmony with the land and the natural rhythm of the wines, under the expert guidance of Matthieu Cosse.
Reds: The Promise of a Great Vintage
Our red wines have been pressed manually, with the utmost respect for the fruit, in order to preserve its finesse and the pure expression of our terroir.
They will rest a little longer before being transferred to barrels next month — the first stage of a carefully managed ageing process.
Whites and Rosés: Balance and Freshness
The vinification of our white and rosé wines has just been completed.
They now await the first blends, which will give birth to the 2025 vintage — distinguished by the freshness, elegance, and precision that define the Clos de Caille signature.
Clos de Caille ‘Lucis’ 2025: The Quintessence of Our Terroir
Our flagship white cuvée, Lucis 2025, has already been placed in barrels, where it begins its patient maturation.
There, it will develop its full aromatic complexity and refinement before bottling, scheduled for next year.
Meanwhile, the 2024 vintage is about to be bottled — the final step before its unveiling.
