Heir to a long winemaking tradition, the Domaine traces its origins to the Cistercian monks of the Abbey of Le Thoronet, who in the 12ᵗʰ century shaped these lands with the same rigor as in Burgundy. In the heart of Provence Verte, Clos de Caille spreads its vineyards across a preserved landscape where calm and light reign.

With the inauguration of its winery and the first vintage vinified on-site in 2021, Clos de Caille opened a new chapter in its history. Each parcel is vinified separately to reveal the singular personality of its terroir. This bespoke approach, blending ancestral know-how with cutting-edge technology, achieves jeweler-like precision and produces wines of rare elegance in Provence.

Under the expertise of oenologist Matthieu Cosse, the Domaine has, in just a few years, established itself as one of the flagships of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Its cuvées strike a subtle balance between power and finesse, modernity and respect for heritage. A symbol of the art of living, Clos de Caille embodies a true vision: that of a timeless Provence, elevated by the Mariotti Family’s passion and pursuit of Excellence.
