They are fully in line with the Clos de Caille\u2019s development strategy: <strong>to give Provence\u2019s white and red wines a new dimension<\/strong>, through a rigorous approach to viticulture and winemaking that remains ahead of its time in the region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">With the 2024 vintage, vinified by the internationally renowned oenologist<strong> Matthew Cosse<\/strong>, the Clos de Caille showcases the character of its terroir. Made from a blend of<strong> Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong>, they reveal a unique character, combining power and finesse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Produced using mass selection and vinified on a plot-by-plot basis, the estate demonstrates that Provence is also capable of producing <strong>great reds<\/strong>. Its well-balanced structure combines dark fruits, gentle spices and supple tannins, underpinned by a full-bodied, fresh palate and a long, refined finish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>The 2024 Red Clos de Caille <\/strong>They thus demonstrate the expertise of an exceptional estate capable of showcasing the three colours of Provence. <strong>Alongside the ros\u00e9s and whites, they showcase the full depth of the vineyard plots, the quality of the fruit and the high standards demanded by a meticulous winemaking approach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">These medals are a wonderful recognition of how far we have come and of our ambition: to ensure that Clos de Caille is served at the finest restaurants, both in France and abroad.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Another season for the Reds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Summer is also a lovely time of year to rediscover red wines, provided they are served slightly chilled. At the table, they pair perfectly with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, stuffed aubergines or mature cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>A summer red need not be heavy or full-bodied.
