Shaped and vinified by Matthew Cosse<\/strong>, These wines carry a vision that is unique in Provence: that of exemplary rigour, resulting from a selection of the best grape varieties on the estate, worked in mass selection<\/strong>, to preserve all the authenticity and complexity of living things.<\/p>\n

In keeping with this philosophy, from the first vintage we chose to work with massal selection with nurseryman Lilian B\u00e9rillon<\/strong>. This choice strengthens the genetic diversity of the grape varieties, guarantees plants that are perfectly adapted to the specific characteristics of our soils and ensures natural resilience in the face of climate change. for wines that are more authentic, more expressive, and of remarkable taste quality, driven by the depth and precision of each parcel.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
